KNOW NO LIMITS will help you get started with one of the four personal trainers who work directly with our members and clients. All of our trainers are professionally certified and bring with them a wide range of experience to their clients, including experience in areas such as rehabilitation, biomechanics, injury prevention and nutrition. Rates
1 trainer, 1 client = $55 per hour
1 trainer, 2 clients (must sign up together) = $75 per hour
Purchasing a package of ten (10) training sessions up front for $500, which affords you a permanent spot in your trainer's schedule, in addition to a $50 discount.
Meet Our Trainers
Karla
Karla is the founder and owner of KNOW NO LIMITS. She became a personal trainer in 1990, building on a degree in physical education and her own love of sports. Karla has trained literally hundreds of individuals, working with them to lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injuries, and improve their performace. Karla individualizes her training to each person's energy and level, helping them to appreciate their own abilities, realize their natural talents, and overcome their fears. She specializes in functional training; sports specific training; and event-driven training.
Chris
Chris has been with us since 2004, growing with KNOW NO LIMITS and truly serving as our personal training rock! He has worked with clients at all levels and continues to approach each person as an individual, challenging them to achieve their personal goals. Fitness is a life long commitment and Chris continues to build his knowledge and expertise in the fitness profession. Chris specializes in developing personalized training programs; individual and group programs; weight management; sports specific training; flexibility and core stability; and rehabilitation.
Melissa
Members and clients rave that Melissa brings a unique kind of motivational flair to KNOW NO LIMITS. Born and raised on the East Coast, Melissa moved to the Midwest and works as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She offers personal training services and teaches our free abs, Circuit Training and Cardio Boxing classes. In addition, Melissa instructs aerobic interval training classes. She is also an actress and avid cyclist.
Tyler
Originally from Florida, Tyler grew up playing outdoor sports such as soccer, baseball and ultimate frisbee. After graduating from the University of Miami (FL), he moved to Chicago in 2008, and brought his active lifestyle along with him. A Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE), Tyler focuses on sports-specific training along with building endurance and increasing flexibility. He also teaches our Kettlebell class on Wednesdays.
Will
Will is one of our senior trainers at KNOW NO LIMITS, and has been a certified personal trainer since 2002. With his background in martial arts and exercise science, Will brings a unique but effective approach to personal training. Specializing in functional strength training, weight loss coaching and conditioning exercises, as well as flexibility and corrective posture exercises, Will can give you the proper training that addresses all of your fitness goals with personal care! Will teaches Cardio Boxing, Plymometrics, and Circuit Training.
