We offer standard cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, as well as more specialized training equipment such as the CyBex functional trainer, rings, and Plyometric benches.

Our facility includes (but is not limited to):

• Treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bicycles, stairmasters and spin cycles;
• Free weights and two free weight rooms. Incline, decline and flat benches;
• Strength training machines and other standard core strength building tools like swedish, Bosu, and medicine balls;
• Mirrored aerobics/stretching room;
• Locker room facilities and showers;
• Four bathrooms/changing rooms;
• Towel service and locker room amenities;
• FREE running triple filtered water;
• Fully wheelchair accessible facility;
• Free parking.
